If you are a customer with a Green Deal Plan and have received a letter or a statement from GDFC Assets, then the rights to your Credit Agreement have been transferred to GDFC Assets Ltd. This has occurred because the Green Deal Provider who set up your Green Deal Plan is no longer able to administer the Credit Agreement.

This transfer does not affect the terms of the agreement; you will just receive letters and statements about your Credit Agreement from GDFC Assets rather than your Green Deal Provider. However, your Provider is still the key contact point for anything to do with your installed measures, e.g. your boiler, solar panels or insulation.
